These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Parsley ("Parsley," the "Service"), operated by ADSZY LLC, a limited liability company based in St. Louis, Missouri ("ADSZY," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Parsley reads restaurant menu files you upload and generates import files formatted for third party point of sale ("POS") systems. You are responsible for reviewing all generated output before importing it into any POS system and for confirming its accuracy, including item names, prices, modifiers, and tax settings.
Parsley is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Clover, Fiserv, or any other POS provider unless expressly stated in writing. All POS product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to any POS system describe compatibility only.
Certain features require payment or an access code. You are responsible for keeping any credit code or access credential secure. Credit codes function as bearer credits: anyone possessing a code may use its remaining balance. We are not responsible for credits used by anyone you share a code with.
Paid builds and credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Credits are consumed only upon successful generation of an export file. Except where required by law, purchases are non refundable. Prices may change; the price shown at purchase governs that purchase.
You retain ownership of the menu files and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that doing so does not violate any third party rights.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, or using it to infringe any third party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI generated output may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all output before use in any live POS environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADSZY LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADSZY LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
