This Privacy Policy explains how ADSZY LLC ("we," "us"), operator of Parsley, handles information in connection with the Service. We built Parsley to collect as little as possible.

Menu files you upload. We process the menu files you provide only to generate your import file. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our third party payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers. The processor may retain a customer record used to hold credit balances.
Basic usage data. We may log limited technical data such as request counts and error rates to operate and protect the Service, including rate limiting by network address.
Contact details you submit. If you submit the partner or contact form, we receive the information you enter, such as your email, to respond to you.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process payments and credits, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. AI processing of your menu content is performed to produce your export file.

3. Third Party Services

We rely on third party providers to operate Parsley, including hosting, a payment processor, and an AI model provider that processes uploaded menu content to generate output. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

4. Data Retention

We retain uploaded content only as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period thereafter, then delete or de identify it. Payment and customer records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

You may request access to or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting us through the website. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

7. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
